We have celebrity make-up and hair stylist Susan Emmanuel, to share tips for brides to be.
While we hope you enjoyed reading part 1 of our blog on budget weddings yesterday, today we continue our planning, this time focusing on make-up and hair, an extremely important part of your bridal look. With stylists charging anywhere between 10 thousand to a lakh, to doll you up on your big day, it’s important to make note of your requirements (how many changes), the looks you have in mind and the level of expertise you are looking for, before you decide on who to approach for your big day. A lot of brides have been going minimalistic for their lockdown weddings, so it’s important to inform your stylist well in advance, exactly what you are looking for.
Celebrity make-up and hair stylist Susan Emmanuel, has worked with actresses like Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Manushi Chillar and many more. Today she shares her expert tips with 6Degree.
- Budgets can be worked out as we have efficient professionals, who cater to the budget you have in mind.
- If a bride is confused about what makeup and hair would suit her, it’s always better to go the traditional route. Every bride looks pretty in a traditional look.
- I would suggest minimal makeup, like the no makeup look for monsoon weddings and hair either straight or soft waves, these can never go wrong. Since it’s monsoon, beach waves is also something that goes with the season.
- Try and use waterproof mascaras and liners to avoid them running down your face. Your pink or peach lipstick can double up as eyeshadow and blush on your cheeks, they work like magic when it comes to bridal looks.
Here are some recent celebrity brides that won us over with their simple but stunning style.
