We recommend that all our customers register with us, to get the best service and offers available. However, you can also checkout as a guest or log in with Facebook, Google or Instagram

How do I register?
Register simply by setting up an email address and a password. Sign in to view what is already in your shopping cart. You can also opt to sign in using Facebook, Google on Instagram.
I have forgotten my password. How do I change it?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot password’ and you will be redirected to an email where you can reset your password.
How can I change my personal details or shipping address?
Login to your account and click on ‘My Account’ to change your personal details or shipping address.
How do I select my size?
Each product page has a size conversion chart. All product sizes are mentioned as per the international sizing chart used by designers. However, sizes may vary across designers, and we can further help by providing you the exact product sizes so that you can compare it with your own.

Does 6Degree provide alterations?
If you have any size specifications, you can mention those in the 'add instruction to designer' section while pacing the order.

I liked an outfit on 6Degree Store, but it is now out of stock. Will you notify me when it is restocked?
For a sold out item, select the size of your choice and send us a request with your details and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Are the colours shown on the website accurate to the garments?
We strive to try and display the colours of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colours of the garment will match the colours viewed on an electronic device. Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered items.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once we have received your oder, you will receive an email confirmation and a text message stating that your order has been placed successfully.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email and SMS. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Shop Credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

I haven't received all the items I ordered. When will they be delivered?
Our usual delivery takes 2-4 weeks. Incase you need a product on urgent basis you can drop an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are bespoke designer wear and we customize them as per your request. Hence, we take 3-4 weeks to create and deliver your product.
Can one order be shipped to multiple addresses?
No, you can only make an order upon checkout to be shipped to one address. However, if you require more than one item to be shipped to more than one address, you will have to make separate transactions per item.
What are your refund, return & exchange policies?

I have returned an order. When will I receive my refund?
We may accept returns for Shop Credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 5 days from the date of delivery.
I have received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
If we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect item, garment size or damaged item, please send us an email at email@example.com with a photograph of the garment. We will return it to you with the correct item/ garment size.
How do I know that your products are authentic?
We assure you that we are an authorised online store/distributor and we sell only authentic designer wear that our merchandisers have hand picked.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, you can buy gift card from our website.
Can I request a gift wrapping option for my order?
Currently, we do not have an option for gift wrapping our products.
