Refund and Exchange Policy

 

  • While we are happy to assist you with shopping at our store, unless you receive a product damaged or defective from our end, we do not exchange or refund. However, if it is  a size issue, we will help you fix it. The shipping charges will be borne by the customer

 

  • If you have received a damaged product, kindly click a picture and mail it to us at help@6degree.co. Our team will immediately assist you.

 

  • The damaged/defective product return should be initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery with original packaging. For details contact us at help@6degree.co.

 

  • Masks are an essential item and cannot be returned. We strictly follow hygiene and safety guidelines for our customers.

 

  • Custom made orders and expedited delivery orders cannot be exchanged.

 

  • We display the colours of products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
